9th Dec 2019: Petition hand-over

On Monday December 9th, a delegation from the Lancaster University Climate Emergency campaign handed over a petition of over 2,100 signatures and comments to Lancaster University Vice Chancellor Professor Steve Bradley, and presented the case for Lancaster to aim to become carbon neutral by 2030.

The Lancaster University work-stoppage in solidarity with the global climate strike was an amazing success. There was a fantastic turn-out, and an amazing atmosphere. We sent a powerful message of support and solidarity with the youth strikers.
